Dear community,
This 2019, which is about to end, has been another year of important results for our company.
Among these, it is worth highlighting the strengthening of operational excellence, with the fulfillment of indicators that make us increasingly competitive. More operations and shorter response times are an example of the permanent improvement of our processes and the capacity of our collaborators to understand the needs of our users. It is projected to close with more than 130,000 customs operations and response times of less than 30 minutes.
We also continue to grow our installed users, projecting to close the year with 40 qualified users, indicating that our business search strategy continues on the right track. Along with this growth, we consolidated the maintenance of our infrastructure, facing the demands generated by the growth of our operations and the development of our users, a key activity to maintain the high standards of the industrial park.
These good results have also been achieved thanks to a solid administrative and financial structure, with a team of people with an aligned vision and objectives, who see challenges as new opportunities.
