With twelve years of experience as an Operating User, Zona Franca Del Caribe, has focused on providing sustainable services and solutions to its users, managing to achieve joint growth through proactive work, by optimizing resources, with vision and commitment to achieving the strategic objectives set.<\/p>\n
Continuity, one of the pillars of our business, has among its strategies the strengthening of the industrial corridor created around this free trade zone, turning it into a sustainable development pole. This has been possible thanks to the strengthening of relations with the authorities, adequate financial planning, support for innovation systems and appropriate corporate risk management.<\/p>\n
Regarding free trade zones, it regulated and determined the VAT taxable base applicable to the sale of products manufactured by industrial users from 100% national components and\/or in free disposal with destination Colombia. This regulation has generated controversy due to the lack of clarity in the procedure to be followed and the impact it could have on cash flow.<\/p>\n
Zona Franca Del Caribe was born in 2007, and due to the significant growth that the company has experienced during these twelve years, we currently have 38 qualified users operating, with more than 3,000 jobs generated, and with approximately $258,000 million pesos in investments made.<\/p>\n
Finally, we highlight the corporate social responsibility that the company has had since its inception, working hand in hand with La Cayena Foundation, proposing solidarity initiatives and showing the human side of the business activity to the community and its area of influence.<\/p>\n
