{"id":5075,"date":"2024-04-16T11:00:08","date_gmt":"2024-04-16T16:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zonafrancalacayena.com\/?p=5075"},"modified":"2024-04-16T11:00:08","modified_gmt":"2024-04-16T16:00:08","slug":"nuevo-decreto-plan-de-internacionalizacion-y-anual-de-ventas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zonafrancalacayena.com\/en\/nuevo-decreto-plan-de-internacionalizacion-y-anual-de-ventas\/","title":{"rendered":"New decree Internationalization Plan and Annual Sales Plan"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/zonafrancalacayena.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Coordinadora-de-Sistemas-de-Gestion-3-980x650.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5076\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Colombian Free Trade Zones offer<strong> customs and tax benefits that are beneficial for both domestic and foreign investors, <\/strong>placing their trust in our country by setting up their companies and operating from our territory to the rest of the world; aware of the different incentives they obtain by setting up in a free trade zone, especially the differential income rate of 20%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Last January 30, 2024, the National Government issued Decree 0047 of 2024, marking a milestone in tax regulation by adjusting paragraph 6 of Article 240-1 of the Tax Statute and amending Decree 2147 of 2016<\/strong>. This decree focuses on the regulation of internationalization plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The decree defines the Internationalization and Annual Sales Plan. <strong>as the instrument through which the free zone industrial users will establish their net income goals for operations in the national customs territory,<\/strong> as well as other income derived from activities other than those authorized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This plan becomes a prerequisite for qualified industrial users as of December 13, 2022.<\/strong> who wish to benefit from the preferential income tax rate of 20%. Its application must be previously approved by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (\"MINCIT\") through an administrative act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The new regulations can be summarized as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Industrial Users qualified prior to law 2277: Income rate of 20%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualified Industrial Users since Law 2277: Income of 20 % for income from export of goods and services and 35 % for income from operations in the National Customs Territory and other income from activities for which it was authorized, recognized or qualified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>With this new decree, internationalization is crucial for industrial users who wish to take full advantage of the benefits of the free trade regime, thus ratifying that free trade zones are one of the best instruments to guarantee the country's competitiveness, promoting the generation of employment, attracting investment and productive linkages.<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las Zonas Francas Colombianas ofrecen beneficios aduaneros y tributarios que resultan provechosos para inversionistas tanto nacionales y extranjeros, depositando su confianza en nuestro pa\u00eds al instalar sus compa\u00f1\u00edas y operar desde nuestro territorio hacia el resto del mundo; conscientes de los diferentes incentivos que obtienen al instalarse en una zona franca, especialmente la tasa de [&hellip;]<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":5078,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[12],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5075","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.0 -
